Training and Knowledge
Both myself (Lorenzo) and Sean have undergone out training with HEAT Blackburn. HEAT Blackburn is based at Blackburn college.
We first trained to a level 1-2 Standard and we are now both trained to level 3.
What this means is we can safely diagnose and replace items on your hybrid / Electric car or van.
The basics of the cars are nearly identicle to ICE cars, the tyres, suspension, brakes etc are all very similar to that fitted to older cars.

The differences are understanding how an EV or Hybrid car drives.
These vehicles are very high voltage, there is more voltage than your house.
The NEW components that we have the knowledge in are things like the
AC to DC Convertor, Electric motor, Controllers, Charger ports, Battery parks and high voltage cables
​
We can safely work on these systems, when repairing other components on the car you may need to remove High voltage components and we can do this!
